You drive past the neighborhoods many luxury gated communities and quaint shopping center then wind through the rolling hills to your majestic canopy treed lined street. As you pull into your driveway you smile at your charming home. You unload the groceries and put everything away in your efficient kitchen. You turn on the fireplace in the living room to warm the house as you head to your master ensuite. There you grab some comfy clothes out of your large closet and head back into the kitchen to get your pies started. You glance out of the kitchen window and spot a deer in the greenbelt behind your backyard oasis (on almost 1/2 acre ). You head to the converted garaged (that can easily be converted back into a 1 car garage) to grab some paper towels and pause as you walk past your flex room and stare down the exercise bike. You promise it that one day, you two will be friends. As for now, you have pies to bake. Once your pies are prepped you head to the mother-in-law unit and put the pies in the fridge there. You check out the unit to make sure that everything is ready for your guests. You could easily rent this 1 bedroom/1 bath unit out, or even use it as a home office, but for now it is perfect for extra guests. Happy that this cute addition is ready for your visitors, you wander back into the main house and settled down in front of the family room window with enchanting tropical views and think to yourself…life is good!
